  • Aug 24 – Socialization
    • Cat Socialization Training – This program is designed to teach volunteers (cat socializers) the basic skills to safely introduce social skills to fearful and shy cats and kittens. The training promotes a safe learning environment for cat and volunteer and teaches how to convert fearful cats into well adjusted adoptable cats. REQUIRMENTS: Must be over the age of 10 years old. If under 16, must be with a parent at all times. Volunteer form must be completed and signed, and minor release form signed if applicable. CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED TO 12.

Mature Mates Adopt-a-thon

June 26 & 27 - Senior Citizens 55 and older -

  • Cats 1-8 years old: 50% off adoption price
  • Cats 9 and older: Donation Only

Bingo for fabulous prizes! Bingo times: 11:30 am, 1 and 2:30 pm.

The Results are In - 10 matches walk out together!

All ages of visitors and cats paired up at the Mature Mates Adoptathon, June 26-27.

Two days of festivities included raffles, bingo, wheel of furtune, refreshments and door prizes.

A hearty round of applause and thanks goes out to all the volunteers who made this event a success.

$800 was raised to benefit the cats and 10 lucky cats found loving homes.

  • May 22 – Cat-rageous Yard Sale. Bring your trash and treasures!
         Great for clubs, groups, families and neighborhoods. All items can be dropped
         off at Cat Depot 7 days a week!. Also Sunset Bridge Band will be playing
         from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Volunteers needed for sorting and prices now and
         to sell items day of event. All proceeds benefiting Cat Depot. (view flyer)
