Our goal is to find every cat a the purr-fect match and a loving home. To improve a cat’s adoption chances, Cat Depot provides enrichment programs that include medical care, behavior modification techniques (clicker training, agility courses, leash walking) and senses stimulation (music and video). We provide daily counseling to pet owners and encourage pet retention. Counseling includes behavior modification, free food resources and medical care when no other resource is available. Dedicated efforts have
resulted in increased adoption numbers every year for the last five years.

Cat Depot's doors are open seven days a week, with extended hours of Monday - Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. to accommodate adoption efforts.

Cat Depot houses from 110 to 130 cats on any given day. Adoption counselors work with volunteer staff to promote both onsite and offsite adoption efforts.

Adoption numbers have increased significantly in the last three years, and despite a challenging economy, as a result of dedicated efforts, these numbers continue to rise.

Cat Depot's Red, White and Mew Program

Red, White and Mew Program

Operation Red, White and Mew was established in 2010 to assist our men and women in the military that have been deployed and no longer can keep their pets. Cats may be relinquished to the care of Cat Depot and placed into the adoption program to find a loving home.
