Florida State Animal Response Coalition and Cat Depot would like to offer you an opportunity to take our Awareness Level Small Animal Sheltering class on Saturday, April 20 from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.! This class is being offered FREE of charge! Click here to register.
 
When disaster strikes, the FSARC team of volunteer responders will be there to shelter and protect Florida's companion animals.
 
This Awareness Level class will give you the knowledge you need to work in an emergency animal shelter. Your instructors are seasoned disaster animal responders with years of experience. They will lead you through a full day of instruction and hands-on exercises designed to give you a thorough understanding of responding to and working in an emergency animal shelter. The Awareness Level Small Animal Emergency Sheltering class is certified by the (course code FL-003-RESP) Department of Emergency Management and is required to respond to help companion animals in Florida during a disaster.
