Career Camp, Year 2

July 10 - July 14

15-18 years of age

What does it take to work with animals? This innovative camp is designed for participants age 15-18 and goes off grounds to give hands-on experience, learning about animal husbandry, phycology, conservation, and research. Learn about different careers working with animals in a fun setting!


While attending, campers will:

Learn about different careers with animals that include:

  • Marine Animals
  • Aquatic Science
  • Animal Training
  • Zoo Management
  • Local Wildlife

Visit and learn about the animals at:

  • 16 Hands Sanctuary
  • Center for Great Apes
  • Lemur Conservation Center
  • And much more

And of course... Have fun! This camp will be the highlight of summer!


Camp hours are 1 PM to 5 PM every day
Camp fee: $300, includes a snack and camp T-shirt

Shirts are ordered May 29. If your camper signs up after this date, we will try our best to find a matching shirt size, but cannot guarantee the size.
