Adoptions Counselor  (full-time)

Fast paced, progressive, no-kill, free roaming cat rescue and adoption center seeks experienced individual who can professionally move cats into approved homes. Candidate should be polished and have a positive personality and professional demeanor. Candidate must exhibit strong verbal and written skills, as well as demonstrate excellent computer skills. Candidate should have the ability to work with all types of personalities and provide inspiration, and training to volunteers. Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and off-site events. Good driving record, valid driver’s license and insurance are required. College degree preferred but will consider high school diploma and experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of shelter operations and adoption experience is preferred. Cat Care Giver/Cleaner (part-time: Saturdays - Mondays)

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to; cleaning free roaming cages, kennel cages, lifting 40 lbs repeatedly, care and understanding of felines, rescue training, assisting with intake upon request, working with fearful cats, observation skills, flexible, agreeable, professional with the public and staff, self motivated and team player with the ability to follow directions. Veterinary Technician (full-time)

Experienced CVT or Vet Tech for surgery, dental, intake, ordering, cleaning, inventory and tracking. Polished and personable candidate needs ability to multitask and assist with foster care program and education. Ability to work with the public and staff is a must. Candidate should have leadership skills and be a team player. Computer and phone skills are a plus; a love for cats is a must.  We are looking for a positive and innovative individual who wants to make a difference for shelter animals. Ability to work weekends.
