Adoptions Counselor - Full time
Fast paced, progressive, no-kill, free roaming cat rescue and adoption center seeks experienced individual who can counsel potential adopters in selecting a pet into an approved home. Candidate should be polished and have a positive personality and professional demeanor. Candidate must exhibit strong verbal and written skills, as well as demonstrate excellent computer skills. Candidate should have the ability to work with all types of personalities.
Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and off-site events. Good driving record, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required. College degree preferred but will consider high school diploma and experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of cat behavior, shelter operations and adoption experience is preferred.

Cat Care Giver/Cleaner - Full time
Are you a morning person? Do you have a passion for animals? If so, you could be the next valued team member of a fast paced, progressive, no-kill, free roaming cat rescue and adoption center. We are currently seeking a positive, passionate, and attentive individual to join Cat Depot’s team.
Primary responsibilities include daily, thorough sanitation of all cat areas, laundry, dishes, cleaning and mopping of floors and public areas according to Cat Depot policies and procedures. Feeding the cats, including providing special diets as needed, ensuring that each cat receives daily adequate attention, including regular grooming and play time.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds for 100 feet; bend and reach; work with a variety of cleaning agents. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Help with special events, building maintenance, pick-ups and deliveries of heavy supplies and emergency cat rescue and trapping. Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and current vehicle insurance coverage. No smokers please, as we are a non-smoking facility and property. Competitive wage and health benefits.
