Veterinary Technician 

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician or CVT with a minimum of two years' experience for surgery, dentals, intake, ordering, inventory, tracking, and cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends.

  • Ability to work with the public and with our passionate staff as a team player.
  • Strong computer and phone skills are needed along with a love for cats, both domestic and feral.

Cat Care Giver

We currently seek a positive, detailed, and attentive individual to join Cat Depot's Cat Care team. Primary responsibilities include daily thorough sanitation of all cat areas, laundry, dishes, cleaning and mopping of floors, and cleaning and maintaining all public areas throughout Cat Depot according to policies and procedures.

Outstanding powers of observation are required as you are the eyes and ears for what goes on with the adoptable cats daily.

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds for 100 feet, bend and reach, work with a variety of cleaning agents, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is needed. Help with special events, building maintenance, pick-ups and deliveries of heavy supplies and emergency cat rescues are part of this position.

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current vehicle insurance coverage. No smokers please, as we are a non-smoking facility and property. Competitive wage and health benefits. Required education: High School or Equivalent.

Janitorial Technician (part time)

Cat Depot, the Resource for Rescue, Adoption, and Education, is looking for a long-term, reliable team member with good time management and cheerful personality, to join in caring for our facility 5 days a week, part-time days. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and be comfortable working around cats.

As a highly skilled, passionate feline Veterinarian, you will be able to provide cutting-edge medicine, forward thinking leadership, innovation, and best practices in a beautifully appointed 11,000+ square foot facility with all the toys!
