Red Rover Responders Workshop

Join this exciting workshop at Cat Depot

Sunday April 24, 12-4 PM

RedRover specializes in setting up and operating temporary shelters when large numbers of animals are affected by natural disaster or rescued from a large scale cruelty situation.

Some of the tasks done by volunteers for the RedRover Responders include:

  • Setting up and operating temporary emergency animal shelters
  • Caring for, feeding, and comforting animals displaced by natural disasters - and reuniting them with their families
  • Saving animals from suffering in puppy mills, abuse, and neglect situations
  • Educating people about puppy mills, animal hoarding, and disaster planning for pets

The Red Rover Responders registration fee is $50. After registering for the workshop they will provide access to an optional self-paced online training that will help you become familiar with online resources, volunteer tools, and much more. At the workshop, you will receive a volunteer handbook, workshop materials, a T-shirt, and a certificate of completion.
