Cat Depot's Programs and Services
Adoption
Cat Depot is a lifeline for cats and kittens in our community—brought to us by local shelters, rescue groups, community cat caregivers, Good Samaritans, and pet owners.
All of the cats and kittens in our care receive complete veterinary care provided by our on-site Shelter Hospital team. Each cat is treated with compassion and respect on their journey home. Our dedicated adoption counselors work one-on-one with adopters to make thoughtful, lasting matches – ensuring every cat finds a safe, loving forever home.
Cat Care Clinic
Recognizing that the cost of veterinary care is a leading cause of owner surrender, Cat Depot is dedicated to making veterinary care accessible and affordable. In 2014, Cat Depot opened the Cat Care Clinic, a full-service veterinary facility tailored specifically for felines. Today, the Cat Care Clinic offers affordable spay/neuter services, vaccinations, sick and wellness exams and more.
Safety Net Programs
Cat Depot’s Safety Net Program is designed to support cat owners in crisis and prevent unnecessary cat relinquishment due to financial or situational hardship. Our mission is to keep cats with the families who love them by offering compassionate, comprehensive support. Cat Depot offers a variety of safety net programs for cat owners in the community with limited resources or who have fallen on hard times. These programs support healthy relationships between cats and people to prevent relinquishment when possible.
Community Cats
Community Cats are unowned cats that live outdoors in the community. They may be feral or friendly, may have been born into the wild, or may be lost or abandoned pets. Cat Depot’s Community Cats Program assists both animals and people around our community by providing a variety of services to improve the lives of free-roaming and feral cats.
